To ensure that you are able to register for the program successfully, please gather the following information before you get started:
- User Registration
- Company EIN
- Invite code (provided to you via email or mail)
- Valid email address
- Employer Onboarding
- Company legal name and DBA name
- Physical address
- Mailing address, if different than the physical address
- Phone number
- Name of your payroll company
- All payroll schedules for your business (there might only be one)
- Bank account ACH information from where your company wants to remit contributions
- All eligible employee information
